Choosing the Right BBQ Sauce and Rub

Once you've got the meat, the next step is deciding on how you want to cook it. Cooking instructions will be printed on the bag with the meat, so it makes sense to follow these. But you might also want to prepare your BBQ sauce ahead of time – which is probably a good idea as well. So, you should be making your sauce in advance and sticking it in the fridge, along with the buns, chips and, if you want a really special version of pulled pork, a coleslaw.
